At Easily Academy, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience. Below is our policy regarding refunds and rescheduling:

 

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Flexible Rescheduling:

    • Students may reschedule a class up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

    • Rescheduling requests made within less than 6 hours of the scheduled class may not be accommodated.

  2. How to Reschedule:

    • Contact our support team via email or phone to request a new time for your class.

    • We will work with you to find the next available slot that suits your schedule.

  3. No Rescheduling Limit:

    • You can reschedule as many times as necessary, provided the notice period is met.

 

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds for cancellations:

    • Once enrolled, students are committed to the program.

    • Refunds are not available for cancelled classes or incomplete courses.

  2. Missed Classes:

    • If you miss a class without prior rescheduling, it will be marked as completed, and no make-up session or refund will be provided.

  3. Exceptional Cases:

    • In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
